Shares start from £100, payable in full or in ten £10 instalments.

 

Every investor becomes a member of Oyez Arts, with an equal voice in how the organisation is run, regardless of how much they invest. The investment runs on a three-year cycle - funds remain in place during this time, after which investors can apply to withdraw their money and receive their initial investment plus a 2-5% return from any surplus profits.

 

Money raised through the share offer will fund vital repairs, restoration, and sustainability projects, ensuring the Town Hall remains a welcoming, accessible, and environmentally responsible hub for generations to come.
