exhibitions

​We host a variety of exhibitions over the year.  Each year around Christmas we organise an open exhibition inviting all Artists to submit work.  Selected work is shown in the Town Hall and also in various shop's, cafe's and restaurants throughout the town forming an arts trail linking people back to Oyez. We also ask a notable artist to select work for prizes.

Making art helps build confidence and passion in artists.  It is great for allowing people to practice their 5 ways to good mental health and well-being - connections, being active, learning new skills, giving to others and paying attention to the present moment (mindfulness).

Artists can rent gallery space to show their work on a weekly basis. Please contact us for more information
